Ah, mon ami, who needs the Eifel Tower when we have thees magnifique water tower!   Eet ees built by the world famous architect, Michelle Mousse.

Not.   Not built by a French Mickey Mouse and not a water tower.   But cute as a button, that's for sure.  Over and over again, I have heard that it's merely decorative but do you think that it is listening?

I didn't notice when I took the photo that it looked kind of grungy.   You know, it used to have dalmatian spots on it for that movie that was out a while ago, and I'm wondering if this photo is showing that they are taking the spots off.   No matter, but that guy there, he looks like he's leaning on a really nifty car....
