Heading out of Liberty Square toward the hub in front of Cinderella's Castle, there's a bridge over the moat and an easy to miss sign saying that this is a good spot to take a photo. It's an especially good photo spot around dusk with the sunset at your back. with the water in the foreground, this might be the best photo spot of all. The front of the Castle is on your right, Fantasyland is to your left.
