Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

A mountain of fun
A mountain of fun

Big Thunder Mountain is fashioned after Bryce Canyon in Utah.   Legend has it the mountain will thunder if you take out any of its gold.   The miner's shack and all the surrounding mountain is scattered with genuine antique mining equipment.   On the four minute ride, you will also see a handful of animatronics if your eyes are open long enough.

After one ride, I was able to hold my arms up for the whole time so, if you're not into rollercoasters, try this, it is mild.   Rollercoaster lovers will like it, too because it is a good coaster and has the usual outstanding Disney touch.
