The high rise section of MGM's New York City Street

This is much more realistic now that the police car is parked strategically. Those "buildings" are completely fake. They are fronts only, just painted boards, and not nearly as tall as they seem.

Throughout Disney, I am fascinated by their expertise at using forced perspective. It looks more realistic in person than on film. Interestingly, forced perspective this way fools the eye easier than it fools the camera.
